What you will do:
Plan, develop, and deliver business results across End User, EPC, and OEM segments for EA products, like MV GIS AIS.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in emerging markets and customer segments.
Manage key accounts effectively, with a strong focus on customer retention and conversion.
Collaborate effectively with internal divisions and factory teams to align sales strategies, ensure product availability, and support seamless execution of customer requirements.
Develop, update, and maintain high quality sales collateral—such as presentations, product catalogues, and price lists—to support customer engagement and business development activities.
Analyze market trends to develop targeted sales strategies, and maintain accurate sales reports and competitor analyses.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
5–10 years of strong industry experience in sales, ideally within local engineering contractors or switchgear companies.
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
Highly self motivated and capable of working independently.
A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, results driven environment.
