• Drive cybersecurity messaging within the OSES Communications & Growth module, aligned with FT FDS, IT, the CYS Programme Lead and CYS ST.

  Translate cybersecurity progress into value stories to enhance OSES’ cybersecurity reputation.

• Lead OSES communications to cybersecurity stakeholders and communities: publish updates, produce concise “What you need to know” briefs for releases/migrations, and foster two-way feedback.

• Manage communications for board meetings and key groups (CSB, PSS-C, CYS All-Hands Meeting), supporting stakeholder management to drive OSES adoption as a KPI.

• Enable developers in cybersecurity via OSES: develop and implement an enablement/growth strategy and roll out enablement activities, trainings and communications with CYS GRM and FT FDS/IT.

We are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in technical communications, stakeholder management, and engagement within the cybersecurity community.

• Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity practices, governance, risk and compliance, as well as software development environments.

• Exceptional writing and presentation abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to convey complex technical information to varied audiences.

• Strong organisational aptitude and proficiency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Fluency in both technical English and Portuguese, with the ability to facilitate effective cross-functional and multicultural teamwork.

• Proficient in the use of internal communication tools, newsletters, collaboration platforms, and adept at managing meetings with senior stakeholders.
