- Prepare internal reports and submissions to HQ; ensure timely, high‑quality financial deliverables.
- Control project costs and perform free cash flow analyses.
- Manage Accounts Receivable & collections to secure project cash.
- Defend contractual rights in Peru (claims/contract administration) and support commercial negotiations.
- Foster collaboration with clients, suppliers, and global HQ; enable resilient, team‑oriented delivery.
What we expect to find in you:
- Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years in similar roles; ideally 8–10+ years delivering complex, multi‑stakeholder projects (EPC, infrastructure, or software systems).
- Proven leadership (people management desirable—e.g., local PE team; no need for large teams).
- Experience in international projects; delegation/assignment from abroad may be considered. Siemens experience is a strong plus.
- Advanced English (strategy discussions, number analysis, spontaneous conversations, and executive presentations) + Spanish.
- No specific certifications required (CPA/CFA/PMP not mandatory).
- Core competences: Decision Making, Business Acumen, Strategic Direction, Execution, Influencing, Driving Change, Building Networks & Partnerships, Customer Focus.
