We are thrilled to offer an outstanding 13-month paid internship opportunity for a Global Operations Support Intern - Communications and Operations at our Hammersmith, London office. This office-based role is designed for an adventurous student to delve into the operational heartbeat of Siemens Industry Software, supporting our Global Team.
You will support a diverse range of teams, including PreSales, Portfolio Development, and Account Development, as well as supporting strategic projects for the development and execution of our Go-to-Market strategy. This isn't just about observation; it's about active contribution. What you will be doing
This role is instrumental in a variety of tasks, including:
- Assisting with internal operations, including day-to-day activities, special projects, and events.
- Crafting and managing internal communications, such as newsletters and Viva Engage channels, to ensure our global teams stay connected and informed.
- Supporting the running of global customer advocacy programs and zone/country operation of Account Development, tracking action lists from meetings
- Developing, managing, and maintaining internal Highspot sites, and managing TEAMS and SharePoint document archives.
- Developing or refining content to support areas covered by the operations team, including Customer Advocacy, Sales, Portfolio Development, PreSales, and Account Development, for both internal and customer consumption
- Contributing to video content editing and video voiceover generation, adhering to Siemens brand guidelines.
- Developing/designing and collating information from internal surveys, and assisting in providing reports and analytics for our Product Portfolios.
- Developing and maintaining apps using platforms such as Power Apps (prior experience is a plus, but eagerness to learn is key!).

- Polished communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to diverse audiences. A confident, enthusiastic, and creative approach to communication is essential.
- Technically proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). An eagerness and ability to quickly learn new software tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Highspot, Camtasia, MS Power Apps, SharePoint, Viva Engage, Forms, Stream – prior knowledge of any is a bonus!).
- An eagerness to take ownership of assigned projects and drive them to completion, with increasing independence throughout the internship.
- An understanding of Software Sales and/or Software companies is a plus.
