Position Overview:
Siemens Mobility is transforming urban mobility to be safer, smarter, and more sustainable. As Project Management Office Manager, you will coordinate and support Project Management Organizations to improve project execution and standardize practices across the business.
This leadership role involves building a team that works with technical, commercial, and operational departments to ensure project excellence. You will wear multiple hats and be a point of contact for various project topics. Strong communication, collaboration, and attention to detail are essential. What your day-to-day will look like:
• Advise the Head of EPMO and executive leadership on defining and tracking project management KPIs and support strategic decisions by identifying improvement measures and/or project priorities with the highest value, impact, and strategic alignment.
• Ensure effective collaboration and alignment with team members such as Project Managers, Enterprise Scheduling, Engineering, Change Management, Operations and others.
• Provide mentorship and support for compliance with PM@Siemens project management standards and PMI/IPMA methodologies with local adaptations as needed.
• Be an expert on process topics and tools related to NCC’s, Risks, Opportunities, Requirements, Lesson’s Learned, and Project Monitoring.
• Promote a strong culture and enterprise-wide standards for handling risks, opportunities, and lessons learned.
• Establish and coordinate standardized multi-level project reviews based on priorities and agreed upon criteria. Advise executive leadership on defining and tracking project management KPIs, and support strategic decisions by identifying improvement measures and/or project priorities with the highest value, impact, and alignment.
• Develop dashboards and tools for Enterprise Project Analysis and Reviews
• Improve Process & Template Standardization & Digitalization encouraging use of AI and automation were applicable.
To thrive in this role, you have:
• Technical or Business Administration bachelor’s degree required, MBA or master’s in business, or related field preferred.
• PMP, IPMA, or equivalent project management certification.
• 5+ years of project management (technical or commercial) experience in the industrial sector with a strong record of successful execution and proven track record to craft and implement project management methodologies.
• Skilled in risk, opportunity, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in training and mentoring team members and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Proven leadership in driving enterprise-wide process improvements and leading high-performance teams. Familiarity with PM@Siemens tools and processes is a strong asset.
• A quick learner of new tools/software.

The pay range for this position is $137,008.00 - $160,956.00 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
