- Supporting RAM and OPM’s with space planning strategic exercises and projects across the region.
- Supporting financial analysis in option comparisons of potential new sites.
- Understanding and analyzing maintenance FC and budget figures.
- Creating high level power point presentations for business units and management.
- Helping to prepare strategic budget assumptions for FY27 and FY28.
- During budget season, provide support to OPM’s interacting with CBRE/project managers on projections.
- Identify upcoming lease renewals and provide support as needed to maintain projects on track for completion.
- Tracking contact list for landlords, property managers, account contacts etc., update needed contacts.
- Taking meeting minutes for Princeton tasks and then updating in LOOP and other action items tracking as needed.
- Transcribing meeting minutes (cvv file) and uploading to Autodesk.
- Senior or rising senior undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

The hourly pay range for this position $28 - $32 per hour, based off of your projected graduation year. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location. Additionally, interns for Siemens are eligible to contribute into our 401K program.
