This position combines financial controlling expertise with a strong focus on digital transformation and data-driven solutions within the IT FIN team.
Your mission will be…
- Support IT FIN Hub in Lisbon by contributing to controlling and Digital FIN initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Controlling team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Execute core financial activities, such as budget and forecast preparation, cost analysis, and reporting.
- Prepare insightful reports and provide support for planning and budgeting cycles.
- Maintain and optimize existing digital solutions to ensure efficiency and reliability.
- Drive process digitalization, identify opportunities for automation, and continuous improvement.
- Create dashboards in Power BI to visualize key financial and operational metrics.
- Transform and integrate data sources for accurate and efficient reporting.
- Participate in projects, contributing to innovation and digital transformation initiatives.
We are looking for someone with…
- Education: University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
- Language: Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced MS Excel proficiency.
- SAP knowledge (preferred).
- Experience with Power BI and Tableau (preferred).
- Familiarity with Python and Power Apps (preferred).
- Core Competencies:
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset and professional ethics.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage priorities effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across diverse teams.
- Willingness to work in an international environment.
