How you’ll make a difference by
- As a Junior Project Manager (f/m/d), you will act as a contact person and interface between the affected business units, countries and central functions in the carve-out project
- You will support the development and implementation of the necessary carve-out project organization, corresponding meetings and processes (tools if necessary) and also the corresponding controlling
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for the consistent monitoring of project goals (time, quality, costs and carve-out progress) and milestones in dedicated countries
- This includes the appropriate regular information of the project status to the carve-out project management as well as ensuring the appropriate stakeholder management and, if necessary, escalation
- You will continue to contribute to the support of the M&A workstreams on special topics and will be involved in ongoing process and tool optimization and will be actively involved in project reporting

- Education
- You have successfully completed your university studies with a master's degree in business administration and you have initial relevant professional experience - ideally with a focus on controlling
- Experience & Skills
- Ideally, you have initial experience in the project management environment
- You have the ability to systematically analyze complex problems, draw relevant conclusions and propose suitable solutions for the company/project
- Ways of working
- You have an affinity for people management / stakeholder management (customers, suppliers, managers and colleagues) with appropriate experience in communicating with customer representatives and solving problems
- Languages
- Fluency in German and English rounds off your profile
