About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer with experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a guide in Java and Spring Boot, with a strong background in developing scalable, high-performance backend systems. You'll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining our core services.

What will you Do

• Design, develop, and maintenance of robust and scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Architect and implement microservices with a focus on reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and other interested parties to deliver high-quality software.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code, ensuring high standards through code reviews.
• Solve and debug sophisticated production issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and give to a culture of technical perfection.

What will you Bring

• Professional experience in backend software development.
• Shown expertise in Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• Familiarity with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• A very good understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Excellent skills in Python for scripting, automation, or service development.
• Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
• Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Docker.
• Basic understanding of cloud concepts (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps principles (e.g., CI/CD, containerization).
• Knowledge of C++.
• Experience with supervising and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
