We're currently seeking a Regional Asset Manager for the Greater Mumbai region (GM), with the role based in Navi Mumbai for IN&APJ Hub for Siemens Real Estate (SRE). As the steward of real estate spanning approximately 120,000 square meters, your responsibilities will encompass the Head quarters for Siemens in India and strategic key location of Kalwa for Siemens Limited.

You’ll break new ground by:

  1. , driving the implementation of global Asset and Property Management (AP) strategy standards for operational excellence.
  2. through defined KPIs and strategic focus areas.
  3. with SRE customers to support their objectives through effective real estate initiatives. Act as a trusted representative of SRE AP, engaging with local management, business partners, and external stakeholders.
  4. to maintain world-class manufacturing and office facilities in Kalwa. Set sustainability benchmarks by implementing advanced technologies and enabling Siemens DEGREE targets on decarbonization.
  5. , adopting and adapting them to deliver value.
  6. to secure timely approvals for real estate and business activities.
  7. to optimize space utilization, reduce vacancies, and drive cost efficiency. Monitor market trends and conduct detailed analyses to maintain a competitive edge.

What is required to be a go- getter:

  • Degree in Engineering or an advanced technical qualification in real estate. Experience managing and operating industrial locations is preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of leadership responsibility in real estate functions and/or complex industrial or office environments.
  • Familiarity with government bodies such as MIDC, Pollution Control Board, Fire Department, and Department of Industrial Safety is advantageous.
  • Expertise across multiple Corporate Real Estate disciplines, including Asset & Property Management, Facility Management, Project Delivery, Contract Management, and strong technical and project management know-how.
