Siemens Real Estate (SRE) is seeking a Regional Asset Manager for Technology Services (TS), based in Bangalore, to oversee approximately 100,000 square meters of real estate across India, primarily in Bangalore, Chennai, and Pune for Siemens R&D and GBS functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the Regional Asset Management unit, implementing global Asset and Property Management (AP) strategy standards.
  2. Direct Property Management units using defined KPIs and focus topics.
  3. Build and Maintain partnership with Business leaders to create space of future to attract, retain and motivate the talent, supporting their objectives through effective real estate solutions.
  4. Represent SRE AP to local management, business partners, and external stakeholders.
  5. Manage and optimize space in line with customer needs and market trends, including lease-in/out, consolidation, carve-outs, and vacancy management. Negotiate contracts and agreements.
  6. Develop innovative property strategies to improve space utilization and cost efficiency.
  7. Monitor market trends and conduct market and location analyses to maintain competitiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering or a related technical real estate field preferred
  • Broad knowledge of corporate real estate disciplines (Asset & Property Management, Facility Management, Project Delivery, Contract Management, Technical/Project Management)
  • Basic commercial acumen
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in real estate with full responsibility
