You’ll make a difference by:

• Conduct half yearly awareness sessions on the cyber security/ fraud prevention controls
• Collect all fraud incidents from GBS MD Hubs and discuss in the monthly team lead meeting (Each Team Lead Meeting has Fraud topic in the agenda)
• Establish and steer delivery Location Fraud Prevention Community to discuss various topics such as Benchmarking, Best Practice sharing etc.
• Conduct quarterly meetings with GBS MD Hub Including Global Service Line Head to discuss all the fraud incidents
• Initiate and conduct yearly meetings with the Key customers to review all the fraud incidents, fraud attempts, approved alternative procedures and to collect user feedback

• Global SCM FE
• Initiate adhoc meetings with key customers in case of critical topics
• Drive process improvement and digitalization initiatives if any

Below are the key activities

• Manage Supplier if any kind of fraud prevention topics are outsourced (Eg. Supplier who
• provides tool to validate the bank account)
• Act as Single Point of contact for global CFR for any changes or updates in the CFR 5 instructions
• Review the recommendations received from GBS R2R md hubs for any changes in Global Working Instructions. After the review, align with global GBS MD service line head to incorporate the changes or recommendations in the Global Working Instructions And share with CF R instruction customers for information and/or approval in case of need (meeting to schedule with CF R along with Global Service line head if required)
• Circulate the updated Global Working instructions to all the GBS MD Hubs
• Be the central point of contact for GBS MD hubs to request any alternative procedures, review them all and afterwords get the required approval from Global MD service line head and share and get feedback from CF R instruction customers before implementation (meeting to schedule with CF R along with Global Service line head if required)

• You bring in more than 6+ years of significant experience in Business Partner MD and Accounts Payable into shared services.
• Good proficiency with Advanced MS excels, word and PowerPoint, SAP.
• You have bachelor’s degree or postgraduate degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Commerce.
• Influencer, solution provider, executioner, and ability to present and possess strong communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate messages to management as and when required.
• Have a vibrant personality & friendly attitude, Positive, inspiring and motivating person with passion and drive
• Strong analytical approach, proactivity, priority management and organization
• Ability to communicate with different partners and teamwork oriented
