Quality, Environment, Health and Safety Manager in Projects (QEHSMiP)
Do you want to play a key role in delivering safe, sustainable and high-quality transportation projects that shape the future of mobility? At Siemens Mobility, we are looking for a dedicated Quality, Environment, Health and Safety Manager in Projects (QEHSMiP) to support our projects and ensure the highest QEHS standards from planning to execution.
About the role
As QEHSMiP, you will play an important role in the project organization. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Quality, Environment, Health and Safety standards throughout the entire project lifecycle, working closely with the Project Manager and the project team.
Your key responsibilities include:
  • Develop and implement a project-specific QEHS Management System
  • Ensure compliance with Siemens Quality Management standards and statutory QEHS requirements
  • Perform QEHS risk assessments and define mitigation measures
  • Conduct audits, inspections and assessments
  • Carry out site inspections and contractor assessments
  • Investigate and document incidents and near-misses
  • Provide QEHS training and guidance
  • Support tender and bid phases with QEHS input
  • We are looking for a candidate who has:
  • +5 years of experience in Quality, Environmental Protection, Occupational Health and Safety Management with knowledge of QEHS-related statutory requirements, rules, and regulations
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to lead without formal authority
  • A result-oriented and proactive mindset
  • Analytical problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Experience with Risk Management and Regulatory Affairs
