Application Services Engineer for Service Platform

Onboarding Support

  • Define / standardize regional processes targeting onboarding regional users, tasks and activities into the Service (ISP) platform.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities from initial planning to full onboarding of Countries
  • Act as the primary contact for onboarding-related queries and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain and continuously improve onboarding documentation, templates, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with regional teams and functional roles to ensure seamless integration of new functionalities.
  • Support platform configuration and user access setup in alignment with role requirements.
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions and provide guidance and training to onboarding users.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Contribute to cross-functional projects involving onboarding.
  • Support knowledge sharing and documentation across teams.
  • Facilitate workshops for onboarding and use case sharing across regions.
  • Assist in reporting and analytics related to onboarding.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Process Optimization & Standardization: Proven ability to synthesize and standardize tasks for enhanced efficiency.
  • Organizational & Coordination Excellence: Exceptional organizational and coordination skills.
  • Domain Expertise: Experience in onboarding
  • System Proficiency: Solid understanding processes.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Superior communication and stakeholder management expertise.
  • Collaborative & Culturally Intelligent: Strong cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration skills, coupled with high cultural intelligence.
  • Customer Service Business and processes is a plus
  • Additional Asset: Data Science experience is a valuable advantage.
