Siemens Mobility is seeking a Fault-Finding Specialist to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues in Siemens Mobility systems. You'll work with cutting-edge railway technology and contribute to keeping mobility solutions running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software faults
- Perform root cause analysis on system failures
- Create detailed fault reports and documentation
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams
- Support on-site and remote troubleshooting activities
- Maintain accurate records of faults and resolutions
- Provide technical guidance to junior technicians
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Required Qualifications:
- Technician or Engineering diploma (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics)
- 3+ years of experience in fault finding or troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of railway systems, signaling, or mobility technology
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and test equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Fluent in Hebrew and English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Siemens systems or PLC programming
- Knowledge of railway safety standards (TSI, EN standards)
- Certification in electrical safety or relevant technical field
- Experience with SCADA or control systems
