The Role
As an Associate Vice President for Industrial AI, you will be a key leader, shaping the strategic direction and execution of our Industrial AI offerings. You will lead a talented team of AI consultants, driving value for our clients and engaging at the highest executive levels to transform industrial operations.
Your impactful responsibilities will include
- Strategic Leadership & Vision: Define and drive the strategic direction for Industrial AI within the AI&NT practice, identifying market opportunities and developing innovative service offerings that resonate across the industrial value chain.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of AI consultants and experts, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning, particularly in the nuances of industrial AI.
- Executive Client Engagement & Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and senior leaders, adeptly navigating corporate executive levels to understand complex business challenges and translate them into impactful Industrial AI strategies and solutions.
- Value Generation & Business Development: Identify, develop, and secure significant Industrial AI projects, ensuring the delivery of measurable business value and contributing to the practice's growth and revenue targets through compelling consulting advisory.

What We're Looking For
We are seeking an inspiring leader with a profound understanding of both AI and industrial operations, coupled with exceptional consulting and executive engagement capabilities.
- An excellent university degree (Master's or Ph.D. preferred) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field, with a strong focus on AI/ML and industrial applications.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science, with a significant portion dedicated to industrial applications.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a consulting or professional services environment, including managing and/or mentoring high-performing teams, and a proven track record in consulting advisory and leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence at corporate executive levels, successfully shaping strategic decisions and delivering significant business value through AI initiatives.
- A deep-seated passion for AI technology across the entire industrial spectrum – from the shop floor to the top floor – coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with customers and solving their most pressing challenges and opportunities.
- Deep expertise in Industrial AI, including practical experience with IT-OT architectures, time series analysis, computer vision for industrial use cases, predictive maintenance, process optimization, and industrial IoT analytics.
- Strong understanding of core data science & machine learning programming languages (Python), data warehousing & engineering (e.g., Snowflake), and cloud platform expertise (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), specifically in industrial contexts.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and strategic implications to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business development, identify new opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth.
- A high degree of curiosity, willingness to learn and innovate, strong social skills, and a collaborative spirit in a diverse, international team environment.
- Fluency in English is essential
- Willingness to travel internationally to engage with clients and project teams.
