You’ll create impact by:
• Assisting with VFD Selection & Configuration: Support senior engineers in selecting appropriate VFDs for specific applications and assisting with their parameter configuration.
• Technical Documentation Support: Help create, review, and maintain technical documentation, schematics, and user manuals for VFD systems.
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting issues related to VFDs and motor control systems under supervision.
• Learning & Research: Conduct research on new VFD technologies, industry standards, and best practices to support ongoing projects.
• Testing & Validation: Participate in basic testing and validation of VFD components and integrated systems.
• Project Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, sales, and service engineers.
• Data Analysis: Assist in collecting and analyzing performance data from VFD systems to identify areas for optimization.
• Software & Tools: Get hands-on with Siemens-specific tools and software used for VFD programming and diagnostics.

Your success is grounded in:
• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Foundational Knowledge: A basic understanding of electrical circuits, power electronics, motor control principles, and industrial automation concepts.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
• Team Player: A proactive attitude, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Other additional areas of proficiency (if any):
• Previous project work or academic experience related to VFDs or motor control.
• Basic knowledge of Siemens drive programming softwares (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal or STARTER) or industrial communication protocols (e.g., PROFINET, MODBUS, PROFIBUS).
• Familiarity with CAD software for electrical schematics.
