Position Overview:

The IT System Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the efficient allocation of the organization’s IT assets. This includes managing hardware, software, networks and executing audits of IT assets. Liaison closely with IT L1 & L2 team for providing technical support

You’ll make a difference by:

• Manage IT Systems: Oversee the installation and maintenance of IT systems, including assets, networks.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to staff, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of problems.
• System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and ensure the security and integrity of data.
• Vendor Management: Work with vendors to procure necessary IT equipment and tracking of assets.
• Policy Implementation: Implement IT policies and best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Your success is grounded in:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5yrs – 7yrs of experience.
• Proven experience in IT coordination or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Meticulous in managing IT assets and ensuring data accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and provide support as needed.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and changing business needs.
