We are looking for: Designer & Visual Content Specialist,

You’ll make an impact by:

• As part of our IT DF India Hub expansion, we are seeking a Designer & Visual Content Specialist with a strong ability to translate abstract ideas into compelling visuals. In this role, you will shape how IT DF communicates its strategy, projects, and impact across the global organization.
• Develop clear, compelling key visuals to translate strategy and abstract ideas into concrete, engaging designs.

· Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations, including storytelling structure, layouts, and branded visuals.

· Design infographics, frameworks, and templates for global IT communication.

· Build visual identities for internal initiatives, campaigns, and events.

· Transform complex IT topics into simple, visually digestible messages.

· Support internal campaigns with creative concepts, visual storytelling, and brand-aligned materials.

· Contribute to communication strategies through strong conceptual thinking and a “big-picture” perspective.

· Manage and update visual/content assets across SharePoint, intranet, and digital platforms.

· Collaborate closely with global teams to ensure consistent design standards and messaging.

Use your skills to move the world forward!

· Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, conceptual storytelling, and presentation creation.

· Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent tools.

· Ability to translate abstract ideas into clear visual frameworks, diagrams, and narratives.

· Strategic thinking paired with the ability to execute detailed, high-quality designs.

· Experience in content creation and digital communication.

· Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.

· Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

· Strong collaboration skills within virtual, global teams (MS Teams, M365).

· A dynamic and diverse team with a collaborative spirit.

· A positive atmosphere across countries and cultures.
