We are seeking a motivated Executive Account Manager to join our Commercial Finance Vendor Sales Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing key relationships, identifying and closing new relationships within target industries, managing deal flow, and ensuring smooth program operations. This role requires developed sales acumen, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication abilities in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for an Executive Account Manager, and this position will be located remotely in the Southeast US.
You will report to the Head of Sales of the Vendor Finance team in the US. If you have a minimum of 10 years of equipment finance experience and are looking to take the next step in your career, apply and join us!
- Manage and grow Key Account relationships to secure steady and growing transaction flow
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program-related inquiries, providing support and information to internal and external stakeholders
- Originate and close a pipeline of equipment leases and loans
- Grow, in absolute terms and as a percentage of account opportunity, originated volume from assigned Key Accounts
- Facilitate monthly meetings with program partners to discuss program needs, deal flow, market intelligence, feedback, support, and promo needs and annual/semi-annual program review meetings
- Maintain appropriate CRM discipline
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years of experience in leasing/finance.
- 10+ years of experience with vendor programs in the industrial equipment, construction, and packaging sectors.
- 10+ years of experience in account development, program management, or a similar role.
- 10+ years of experience in reviewing financial statements, leasing documents, and requirements.
- 10+ years of experience with leasing documents and requirements.
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
- Authorized to work in the US without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong problem-solving, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide solutions and address Customer needs.
- Ability to travel, meet with clients/prospects, attend industry events and conferences.
- Functional knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
- Experience with lease pricing software such as Supertrump.

- The pay range for this position is $120,000-$140,000, and the annual incentive target will be 100% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.

The pay range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 annually with a target incentive of 100% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
