We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Grid Software team. This is a hybrid position based in the Minneapolis-St. Paul market; hired candidate must live in this market for in-person collaboration at our Minnetonka office.

You’ll make an impact as you:

  • Support month-end closing activities.
  • Assist with Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting for Headcount, Productivity, Performance, Utilization, Recoveries, Cost Centers, OCOS, SG&A, and internal projects.
  • Help with warranty overview (performance, provisions)
  • Perform SAP project maintenance, including project set-up, new customer management, sales orders, customer invoices, improvements, and testing.
  • Process Payroll for employees, contractors, and interns.
  • Participate in continuous improvements initiatives.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher completed in finance, accounting, or business with a focus in finance or accounting required.
  • Previous internship experience in finance, accounting, or business.
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Ability to travel 5% domestically.
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
  • Must be able to start immediately in the Minneapolis-St. Paul market for in-person collaboration; this role does not offer relocation assistance.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience using SAP, Tableau, or Power BI preferred

The pay range for this position is $49,350 - $84,600 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
