Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Global Sales Engagement Strategist that drives enablement and provides ongoing support for digital sales technology within regions. Overseeing several countries all of which require unique sales motions, strategies and structures. With a focus on Outreach Sales Engagement Platform & Kaia, this Strategist role is pivotal in ensuring that SI’s Inside Sales, Business Development, & Sales Development roles have the tools, training, and insights needed to be successful and achieve their goals. This person will be responsible for deploying the existing Content Operating Model (COM) to ensure global content frameworks and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between global SI Inside Sales, and sales & operations in the regions and countries, ensuring smooth adoption and effective use of digital sales tools while continuously improving processes and providing exceptional support.

Role Description
- Proactive Reporting: Create enablement programs tailored to countries and/or regions based on adoption and performance metrics reviewed on an ongoing basis and identifying methods to improve results.
- Manage Demand: Create processes to manage inbound demand from growing userbase specific to Inside Sales, Business Development, & Sales Development roles.
- Sales Technology Training: Design and deliver training programs tailored to the needs of the sales teams, ensuring mastery of digital sales tools like Outreach Engage and Kaia.
- Resource Development: Leverage and maintain resources, including manuals, quick reference guides, and FAQs, to support tool adoption and usage.
- Change Management: Lead change initiatives related to Outreach and surrounding digital sales efforts, ensuring alignment with both regional and organizational strategies.
- Collaborate: Leverage Country & Business Units contacts to drive effective usage into Smart Infrastructure’s sales organizations
- Support the development of Inside Sales in the Regions by ensuring scalability of effective strategies.
- System Requirements: Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting, configuration, and escalation of issues related to digital sales tools.
- User Feedback Loop: Regularly gather feedback from sales teams on a recurring basis to identify challenges, recommend enhancements, and collaborate with regional and corporate counterparts to implement appropriate solutions.
- Performance Monitoring: Partner with sales leadership to analyze tool usage data, measure ROI, and identify and execute areas for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional enablement teams, technology and operations, and regional sales leaders to align on priorities and ensure a consistent experience across regions.
- Sales Advocacy: Represent the voice of the sales teams in discussions about technology roadmaps and enhancements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly update stakeholders across corporate and regional leadership on adoption progress, success metrics, and key initiatives.
You will win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- BS
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, digital sales technology, or a related role.
- 1+ years of technical expertise in CRM and digital sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Bombora, LinkedIn) sales analytics tools, and digital communication platforms.
- 1+ years of technical expertise designing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences.
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years proficiency with Inside Sales Customer Facing
- 1+ years familiarity with technology implementation projects specific to Outreach
- Multilingual abilities (if applicable to the region they will support).
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend actionable solutions

The pay range for this position is $89,670 - $153,720. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.

The pay range for this position is 73500.00 - 126000.00 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
