The Digital & Automation (D&A) business of Siemens Healthineers focuses on delivering innovative digital solutions and workflow automation that empower healthcare providers to improve clinical outcomes, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance patient experience.

Our portfolio includes advanced imaging and diagnostic software, cloud-based analytics platforms, AI-powered clinical decision support tools, and workflow orchestration solutions.

Siemens Healthineers D&A works closely with hospitals and healthcare networks to transform clinical and operational workflows—driving efficiency, standardization, and value-based care in an increasingly data-driven healthcare landscape.

Your Role:

  • You will lead the domestic D&A market as a team leader, driving direct sales and building strong partnerships with partners.
  • You will manage and analyze XPAS performance.
  • You will drive market research and forecasting to identify customer needs and assess competitor strategies.
  • You will explore new market opportunities and achieve annual sales targets through collaboration with direct sales teams and partners.
  • You will analyze market pricing and align pricing decisions in coordination with headquarters.
  • You will develop and execute strategies for successful new product launches.
  • You will strengthen communication and lead strategic meetings with headquarters counterparts.

Your Expertise:

  • Intermediate or higher level of business English proficiency.
  • Strong understanding of sales in the D&A business.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
  • Native level Korean is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales experience in IT solutions.
