Position Overview:
This quota-carrying sales role is part of an integrated go-to-market (G2M) strategy designed to drive incremental revenue and improve sales effectiveness.
The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, managing the end-to-end sales process, and driving revenue growth across assigned customers, portfolios, and geographic areas through digital channels.
The role focuses on qualifying leads, managing customer interactions, and closing deals using remote communication methods and digital tools, ensuring a seamless and technology-enabled customer experience. The candidate works within a collaborative Inside Sales team and partners closely with other sales teams and support functions to deliver results.

You will make an impact by:
- Drives sales and engagement with assigned customers and builds customer relationships through digital sales channels, using methods such as video chat, telephone, and social media to interact with customers.
- Collaborates with marketing to execute market-led campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage inbound lead que with sense of urgency, appropriately qualifying and converting leads!
- Develop business opportunities by proactively engaging customers through an outbound sales call approach.
- Grow and manage a sales pipeline
- Leads customer negotiations and deal closures.
- Provide accurate forecasts, maintain customer records, participate in Win/Loss reviews, compile insights for sales management, publish success stories, and keep sales skills up to date.
- Delivers outstanding customer experience through accurate information, training, and support where needed.
- Collaborates with sales and business unit resources to optimize the customer experience.
- Completes appropriate product, sales skills, & business trainings to increase success rates.
- Collects Voice of Customer and provides Voice of Sales
- Utilization of sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Highspot etc
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven ability specific to inside sales (preferably in Automation Industry)
- 3+ years of outbound sales targeting existing and new clients
- 2+ years proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quota
- Must be in the Peachtree Corners office M T W no exceptions
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree

- The pay range for this position is $64,960.00 to $111,360.00 along with eligibility for a 40% sales incentive. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
