Then come and join our global team as Global Growth Manager (f/m/d) – Partner Program & Outsourcing to reshape the future of our partner business. In this role as Objective Lead, you will drive the realignment of our partner and outsourcing management and implement a global strategic program that combines growth, efficiency, and innovation.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop and implement partner strategy: You will be responsible for the new Tiered Partner Operating Model for Customer Services and establish clear responsibilities and structures for different partner categories.
- Build a Partner Enablement Portfolio: You will design an impactful, growth-oriented program that strengthens and empowers our partners worldwide to deliver services – measurable through clear KPIs such as revenue growth and partner performance.
- Increase efficiency through outsourcing: Together with the local entities, you will identify outsourcing potential and thus make an important contribution to competitiveness in price-sensitive markets.
- Program management & global rollout: You will manage the worldwide introduction of the new partner program, involve all relevant stakeholders, and implement the models in close collaboration with the regions.
- Stakeholder management & reporting: In close coordination with Sales, Services, Sourcing, Legal, and Finance, you will prepare decision templates and business cases for top management and regularly report on progress and results.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have successfully completed a degree in industrial engineering, business administration, engineering, business informatics, or a comparable field.
- You have many years of substantial experience in an international sales or business management environment and have demonstrably driven business growth and expanded market share.
- You can demonstrate proven success in building and managing partner models as well as in successfully implementing corresponding complex, global programs.
- You also have in-depth knowledge of outsourcing strategies, vendor management, and cost optimization – and use this to create sustainable competitive advantages.
- You have solid experience in program and project management and are skilled in successfully managing and implementing complex initiatives globally.
- You understand the service business in all its facets (e.g., service strategy, after-sales, field service, service portfolio, service business management) and can develop profitable business models from it.
- Ideally, you have experience in the MedTech environment – but even without this background, you are a strong fit.

- You know how to build networks and engage stakeholders at all levels – you inspire local organizations and align them with common growth goals.
- You translate complex market and business content into clear, compelling messages – for internal stakeholders as well as external partners. You can easily prepare complex content concisely for management and present it clearly.
- You implement ideas pragmatically and results-oriented without losing sight of the strategic big picture.
- “You own it”: You enjoy taking end-to-end ownership – from the idea through pilot projects to global implementation with measurable success.
