Apply now for the position of Clinical Success Manager (CSM) for Magnetic Resonance (MR) and you will be the clinical lead for the MR business line in Italy, working closely with Product Sales Experts, Sales, other CSM and Application Specialists. In this role you will report to the MR Business Line Manager.
This strategic role supports business growth by leveraging clinical expertise to drive value-based messaging, enable product adoption and foster strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), reference networks and reference sites. The CSM acts as a vital link between customer needs and internal strategy, ensuring our MR portfolio is positioned as a trusted clinical partner in delivering diagnostic excellence and workflow efficiency.
Your role:
- Increase Market Penetration: grow the market share of MR products in leading public and private hospitals.
- Define and Communicate Clinical Value: develop and disseminate the clinical value proposition of MR solutions, aligning with business line and zone strategy.
- Manage and collaborate with KOLs: lead the engagement strategy with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and reference sites to generate clinical evidence, testimonials, and data.
- Provide Advanced Clinical Sales Support: offer specialized clinical support during key sales activities, especially for innovations and high-end products.
- Develop Competitive Intelligence & Train Teams: monitor competitors, provide differentiated arguments, and train internal teams on new technologies and clinical workflows.
- Contribute to Product Development & Company Representation: provide clinical input for product design and refinement, and represent the company at scientific events, gathering insights on clinical trends.
Your expertise:
- Bachelor's degree in Radiology, Medical Radiology Techniques, Biomedical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
- clinical experience in Magnetic Resonance (MR) utilization, preferably within high-volume hospital settings or research centers.
- At least 3 years as a MR Application Specialist experience or similar roles.
- At least 5 years as a Product Sales Expert experience or similar roles.
- communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with medical professionals (KOLs), sales teams and customers at all levels.
- Ability to analyze the competitive landscape and develop differentiated positioning strategies.
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is essential for collaboration with global teams and participation in international events.
