Your mission will be…

• Lead the monthly financial close, ensuring timely and accurate reporting across systems;
• Compile and submit departmental Balance Sheet and P&L to global reporting platforms;
• Advise the Operating Business on accounting issues and special transactions;
• Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders — including local management, headquarters, auditors, and cross-functional teams;
• Support the implementation of new accounting standards and business-specific regulations;
• Perform and enhance internal controls to ensure compliance and transparency;
• Contribute to special projects such as M&A transactions and regulatory changes;
• Actively participate in cross-functional initiatives, including digitalization efforts in accounting;
• Champion the use and transfer to the newest SAP FI version the implementation of other digital tools to streamline accounting workflows;
• Apply advanced Excel and data analytics to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency;
• Embrace automation, data visualization, and digital collaboration platforms to enhance transparency and decision-making;
• Stay curious and proactive in exploring emerging technologies in finance and accounting.

We are looking for someone with…

• A degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, or a related field;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting, Assurance, or similar roles;
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills;
• A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic, digital-first environment;
• Proven team collaboration and interpersonal skills;
• Willingness to travel and adapt to evolving business needs;
• Fluency in English (mandatory) and one additional language;
• Proficiency in SAP FI, MS Excel & Office, and a strong interest in digital tools and automation.
