We are looking for a Front-End Developer to take over the design, development, testing and maintenance of diagnostic web applications. The role focuses on building and optimizing web-based interfaces using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5, with an emphasis on usability and performance.

This requires not only strong front-end expertise but also a good understanding of how to integrate and exchange data with backend systems and hardware devices.

• Design, Development, testing and maintenance of diagnostic web applications.
• The role ensuring seamless communication between the web applications, a NAS (network-attached storage) system, and a control unit (ECU) via defined interfaces.
• Clarification of requirements with internal and external customers as well as interface partners
• Active involvement in software development.

Technical Skills:

• HTML/CSS
• JavaScript
• JQuery (DOM manipulation, event handling, AJAX)
• Linux-based server development
• Version control (SVN, Git)
• Jenkins (Continuous Integration and Delivery)
• VirtualBox

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a focus on computer science/software engineering, electrical engineering, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML5 and modern front-end development practices and/or full-stack development with at least 5-7 years of experience.
• Familiarity with network interfaces, NAS integration, and communication with hardware controllers
• Experience with diagnostic or technical web applications is a plus
• Passion for intuitive, responsive UI/UX design
• Ability to work independently and deliver robust, maintainable solutions
