We are looking for Marketing Manager, eMobility North America. This position will be based in Atlanta GA.
This strategic and results-driven leader will drive market growth by shaping and implementing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and optimizing marketing investments. This role will combine market intelligence, strategic planning, and marketing execution to ensure Siemens captures opportunities in high-potential segments and geographies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate insights into impactful growth strategies.
You’ll make a difference in the following areas:
Market Intelligence & Growth Strategy
- Build and lead a market intelligence function to monitor industry trends, competitor moves, and customer needs.
- Conduct SWOT and opportunity assessments to identify high-growth markets, segments, and channels.
- Prepare and present business cases that quantify opportunities using Economic Value Added (EVA), pricing, and volume data to guide investment and growth decisions.
- Translate insights into actionable growth strategies, market entry plans, and investment priorities.
- Represent Siemens in government affairs and regulatory matters relevant to market expansion.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution
- Lead cross-functional GTM planning and execution for new products, services, and market entries.
- Align marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams for successful launches and sustained growth.
- Drive brand and positioning strategies to strengthen Siemens’ presence and competitive edge.
- Define where and how to allocate marketing spend (digital, events, partnerships, campaigns) to enhance return on investment.
Marketing & Communications Leadership
- Manage internal and external communications to reinforce brand and business objectives.
- Be responsible for MarCom budget with a focus on measurable impact and efficient spend allocation.
- Ensure communications strategy supports both growth initiatives and broader business priorities.
Business Excellence & Commercial Effectiveness
- Develop CRM tools and standard methodologies to enable customer insights and improve retention.
- Optimize sales processes and efficiency through data-driven recommendations.
- Lead S&OP meetings with Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure market-driven planning.
- Deliver business reporting and performance tracking against growth objectives.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or Business related degree
- 8+ years with the following:
- Progressively responsible sales, marketing, strategic planning, or business development roles
- Proven track record in leading strategic initiatives in B2B products/engineering solutions environments
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Advanced analytical and critical thinking abilities to solve complex business challenges
- Strategic vision combined with tactical execution capabilities
- Willingness to travel up to 25% including international destinations
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree (preferred)
- Strong financial competence, with hands-on experience in EVA modeling, pricing strategy, and business case preparation
- Demonstrated success in allocating and managing marketing spend with clear ROI measurement methodologies
- Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and business intelligence tools
- Experience with market research methodologies and competitive analysis frameworks
- Ability to influence without direct authority in a matrix organization
The pay range for this position is $120,540 - - $206,640 annually with a target incentive of 15 of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
