Position Overview:
We have an immediate opening for an Electrical Assembler. As an Electrical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and integrating electrical test equipment in light rail vehicles or similar industrial products. This role supports the manufacturing and testing process by ensuring all electrical assemblies meet quality standards and are ready for electrical continuity and quality checks.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Physical installation and removal of test equipment
- Aiding Test Operators as they work to validate various test assemblies via NETS test software.
- Work with state-of-the-art dialogistic test equipment
- Ascending/ Descending ladders and stairs to access roof areas and under frame areas in a test bay using company provided PPE
- Work in different environments both inside and outside of the production area
- Understand and comply with company and industry safety standards
- Communicate with others, verbally and in writing, technical information, job procedure recommendations, and other work-related information
- Potential for training into a Test Operator role is performance based
To thrive in this role, you have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of relevant industry experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and drawings
- Experience in product verification and test automation is a plus
- Attention to detail and good communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and with a team with multi-disciplinary backgrounds
- Experience with a multi-meter in a troubleshooting environment
- Experience with network routing and/or High Voltage systems

The pay range for this position is $22 per hour. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
