Siemens Global Business Services is looking for a Business Excellence Consultant to join our Project Services team which covers a diverse portfolio of projects. The successful candidate should be an excellent communicator, comfortable managing multiple tasks, a team player, and have a problem-solving aptitude. Remote position with travel in US, MX, Central and South America would need to be possible from 10 to 35%.

Position Overview:
For our Transformation Services, we are seeking an experienced Business Excellence Consultant who will lead strategic initiatives to analyze, optimize, and digitalize business processes. This role requires a proven track record in digital transformation, process excellence, and project management methodologies.
Responsibilities:
Lead the identification and implementation of digital transformation opportunities through comprehensive process analysis, business case development, and ROI assessment
Design and execute process optimization strategies using Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks
Develop and maintain detailed process documentation including process maps, standard operating procedures, and governance frameworks
Manage cross-functional project teams using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to deliver process improvements and technology implementations
Oversee the development and integration of Low-Code applications (Mendix, Power Apps), Business Intelligence Solutions (PowerBI, Tableau) & RPA/RDA
Facilitate process optimization workshops with stakeholders across all organizational levels
Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure process effectiveness and project success
Drive innovative initiatives and create a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5 years of experience in process improvement, digital transformation, or technology implementation projects
Desirable certification in project management methodologies and agile frameworks.
Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
Demonstrated expertise in process modeling techniques and notations (BPMN, SIPOC)
Proven track record in leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects with measurable business impact
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
Experience working in international and multicultural environments
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into executable plans
Change agent who can drive organizational transformation
Collaborative leader who builds consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
Innovative problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset
Results-oriented professional who consistently delivers customer value
