Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

• Party Procurement to Pay Process
• Internal Stock transfer and Coordination with Regional hubs.
• Basic Knowledge of Demand & Supply Planning
• Creating Purchase Orders in SAP
• Coordination with Service Managers and SCM Procurement team to align the requirement of water plant and UBS for Instruments installations
• GR/ IR clearing and others sub-ledger clearing
• Purchase Order and supply management, track order confirmation, delivery schedules and resolve discrepancy.
• Liaise closely with cross-functional teams—Planning, Logistics, Quality, Finance, technical users— to align procurement with timelines and internal requirements
• Coordinate inbound logistics (air/sea freight), ensure customs/regulatory compliance, and manage returns for non-conforming goods Coordinate inbound logistics (air/sea freight), ensure customs/regulatory compliance, and manage returns for non-conforming goods
• Closing activities during the month end and quarter end
• Driving digitalization, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement cycle.

Qualifications & Experience:

· 4-5 Years’ experience in Supply chain management and procurement.

· Any bachelor’s degree with relevant SCM specialization.
