What will you do:

• Posting goods for receipt in the SAP accounting system
• Translation of invoices from the supplier from English to Russian for customs clearance
• Correspondence with carriers
• Tracking cargo flow
• Collection of primary documentation for submission to the archive (electronic invoice, SNT and powers of attorney) >> work with customers and suppliers

We are looking for someone with:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in business administration or logistics;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP system
• Knowledge of Incoterms will be an advantage
• English & Russian language: upper intermediate, professional economic/logistic terminology

Income level depends on candidate's performance and relevant job experience.
