Siemens Smart Infrastructure is seeking an Electrical Infrastructure Sales Leader in Southern CA. This role will be reported directly to the Head of the West Region.
What you will be doing:
- Lead a high functioning complex sales organization through an ever evolving, dynamic construction market with a direct focus on driving value to contractors, distributors, and end users.
- Create and execute contractor account plans with long term vision, strategy, and tactical actions to drive strategic initiatives and requirements forward to enable customer growth.
- Drive sales goal achievement by implementing strategic priorities and initiatives focused on demand generation and increasing our value proposition in the local market.
- Develop power system account penetration strategies for customer accounts, new customer acquisition and business development contractor accounts.
- Own direct relationships with key contractor accounts in collaboration with channel partners to support customer opportunity needs, challenges, and escalations.
- Educate contactors on the value proposition of the total Smart Infrastructure portfolio to penetrate the market and enhance value engineering for Low Voltage/Medium Voltage solutions.
- Drive change management adaptation to the local business environment on changing market needs.
- Mentor, coach, and support the sales executives during early engagement, opportunity development, and tactical close phases for win strategy.
- Build strong connections with key stakeholders within SI Business Units, SI US S&OP, SI US EP/EA.
- Participate in industry conferences (NEMA/NECA, etc), drive thought leadership, speaking engagements in local events.
- Drive accretive margin growth in the electrical infrastructure portfolio in the Southern CA market.
You will win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS
- 5+ years of success achieving and exceeding sales targets
- 5+ years of direct team leadership
- 5+ years of sales experience working across various contractor GTM channels (end-users, electrical contractors, distributors, design build, design bid build, EPCs).
- 5+ years of technical proficiency in the electrical infrastructure industry
- Ability to travel 50% domestic the in the southern CA market
- Individuals must possess a valid driver's license in good standing and be at least 21 years of age to participate in Siemens vehicle plan.
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

- Demonstrated experience with change management and influential selling
- Ability to build effective relationships in a matrix environment
- Strong customer focus: ability to develop customer specific value propositions

The pay range for this position is $132,650 - $227,400 and is eligible for 42% Annual Incentive. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
