This position drives activities to ensure the quality and sustainability of IT services.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for delivering IT service with related partners
• Drive activities and/or project to ensure lifecycle of application operation and support service
• Minimize the impact of recurring incidents. Initiate major incident management if required.
• Identify root causes of problems (that affect IT service) and determine fix required to prevent recurrence of incidents.
• Manage day to day quality of service operations of partners
• Improve quality and KPI of IT service deeply discussing with partners
• Manage stakeholders' satisfaction with IT service
• Ensure compliance to quality management, supplier compliance, IT security and data privacy regulations in IT service management.

Applicant Eligibility

[MUST HAVE Requirement]

• 5 years or more in IT operation and service management
• Work experience in IT Project (Waterfall and Agile.)
• Experience in vendor/service sourcing, selection and management
• Experience in assessing project/vendor/service pricing
• Experience in SAP, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform or other platform, not as users but as development and/or support engineers.
• Execution of multinational (local / regional / global) collaborative IT projects
• Experience in technical incident resolution and familiarity with incident resolution process.
• Solid knowledge of project management, application management and quality management
• Solid understanding in database design and operation
• Solid knoweldge of ITIL (Incident, Service Request, Change, Demand and Project).
• Solid knowledge of IT security principles
