We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst for our Electrical Products, Circuit Protection & Control business. This position will be based in Peachtree Corners with 3 days onsite (Hybrid work schedule).
Responsibilities
- As Senior Financial Analyst you will have P&L responsibility over Business Segments up to $120 million volume. Key tasks include but are not limited to:
- Partner with a cross-functional team (Product Managers, Sales, Business Developers, etc.) to drive business improvements, target achievement and ultimate customer satisfaction.
- Define and execute Go-to-market strategy, product portfolio optimization, cost improvement and asset optimization initiatives.
- Responsible for Cost and Profit Center controlling; Forecast/Budget preparation and reporting to management.
In addition, as the Senior Financial Analyst you will support the overall CP&C business on multiple levels. The tasks include but are not limited to:
- Month end activities included but are not limited to margin analysis, journal entries, allocation and balance sheet reviews.
- Support management with Ad-Hoc analyses proving high quality in limited available time as well as with presentations internally as well as externally.
- Cooperate with all others involved and with interface partners and pass on all relevant information to keep themselves and others advised.
- Work closely with the extended EP finance community and continuously enhance and improve reporting processes.
- Act as a digital/agile ambassador within EP and translate fresh tools, processes and digital ideas to everyday tasks.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or finance required
- 5+ years of experience in a finance role
- Solid business acumen and ability to interact with and communicate with all levels of management
- Ability to effectively manage deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of ownership for process improvements and internal digitalization of processes, ideally with prior exposure to data analysis
- Proficiency with MS Office and SAP.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in business unit or business segment finance
- CPA, MBA or other advanced certifications
- Knowledge of Essbase, Tableau and Webfocus
- Team-orientation with “we can do it” mentality
- Highly developed analytical skills and detail-orientation
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Travel approximately 5-10% as the need arises.

The pay range for this position is $80,150 - $137.400 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
