We are looking for a Software Solutions and Launch Excellence Professional. This position will be remote.

You’ll make an impact by:

  1. Package Development
  • Lead the design and development of both standalone and integrated solution packages across product, services, and sustainability domains.
  • Leverage market intelligence, customer insights, and input from Local Country Businesses (LCBs) to ensure offerings are relevant, differentiated, and commercially viable.
  • Ensure packages are modular, scalable, and aligned with the Building X value proposition to accelerate adoption and revenue growth.
  1. Cross-TU Alignment & Services Packaging
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Services, and Sustainability teams across Technical Units (TUs) to co-create bundled offerings.
  • Align packaging strategies to maximize service attach rates, pull-through opportunities, and long-term customer value.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, delivery, and value articulation across all solution bundles.
  1. Requirements Management
  • Establish a streamlined framework for capturing, evaluating, and prioritizing commercial and technical requirements in partnership with Product Management.
  • Champion the voice of the customer and LCBs to influence product roadmaps and ensure alignment with market demand and business impact.
  • Maintain a clear traceability between requirements and roadmap outcomes to support transparency and strategic decision-making.
  1. LCB Enablement & Liaison
  • Act as the primary liaison with LCBs to ensure successful adoption of Building X packages.
  • Support enablement through training, upskilling, and ongoing guidance for Presales Engineers (PSEs), Delivery & Services (D&S) teams.
  1. Solutions Design Governance
  • Provide technical governance and best practices to LCB solution architects.
  • Lead initiatives to upskill architects in Building X solution design methodologies.
  1. Partner Package Development
  • Collaborate with the Ecosystem (ECO) team and strategic partners to co-develop targeted solution packages tailored to partner capabilities and market segments.
  • Actively solicit and incorporate partner feedback to ensure offerings are relevant, differentiated, and easy to deploy.
  • Support digital partner evangelism by enabling partners with compelling, ready-to-sell packages that drive ecosystem growth and customer success.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in product/solution packaging, enablement, or technical sales.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
  • Up to 50% travel may be required
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and training development skills.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $98,630 - $169,080 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
