As a Junior Scrum Master, your challenges will be…

  • Guide, coach and motivate the Agile team, spread across the globe
  • Organize and facilitate the Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily’s, Sprint Demo / etc.)
  • Remove impediments
  • Coach the team applying Agile principles and practices
  • Help the team as a servant leader to grow and getting better
  • Facilitate collaboration within the team and outside roles
  • Track efforts within Sprints using Jira and documentation within Wiki (Confluence)
  • Participate in Communities of Practices (CoP)
  • Provide Agile Awareness trainings

What we expect from you…

  • A master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or engineering and first experiences as a Scrum Master in an IT environment. Working in virtual, globally distributed teams is what you like, and you have excellent English skills.
