Are you passionate about building seamless, data-driven processes across Communications, Marketing, and Sales that ensure alignment and drive revenue growth? As a Senior Demand Generation & Development Specialist at Siemens Smart Infrastructure, you’ll shape and manage our global lead management strategy – from qualification models to SLA frameworks – ensuring demand is efficiently converted into revenue.
This role combines hands-on execution with strategic development: you will not only define and manage lead processes, but also establish frameworks that scale demand management and lead orchestration across the company.
Location: Zug Switzerland, open to other locations in the European time zone
Your new responsibilities
- Design and implement lead management processes, including qualification models, scoring frameworks, and SLA definitions
- Serve as the interlock between Sales and Communications, aligning processes, expectations, and feedback loops
- Act as the connecting point to Marketing, ensuring smooth collaboration across all funnel activities
- Drive continuous improvement of demand-to-revenue processes across CRM, automation, and analytics platforms
- Monitor funnel health metrics, lead quality, and follow-up behavior to identify improvement areas
- Support global rollout of lead handover standards and funnel performance dashboards
- Act as internal consultant for scaling demand orchestration and lead development practices
- Advocate for a buying group–centered approach aligned with frameworks such as the Forrester B2B Revenue Waterfall
Your talents and experiences
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Revenue Operations or related field
- 5+ years of experience in B2B lead management, revenue operations, or sales enablement
- Proven experience in designing and optimizing qualification and lead handover processes
- Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Eloqua), and performance tools
- Strong understanding of alignment across Communications, Marketing, and Sales in enterprise funnels
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style
