We are looking for Business Administration Associate

You’ll make a difference by

• Work together with the Project Manager to ensure the achievement of set targets with due professional care.
• Ensuring accuracy of books and records, including recording of such in the appropriate systems, e.g. SAP.
• Drive budgeting activities, including preparation, tracking, and variance analysis, ensuring alignment with project objectives and financial goals.
• Identification and financial assessment of opportunities and risks, definition and implementation of suitable measures to reduce risks or realize opportunities, and creation of contingencies for remaining risks, active risk and opportunity management.
• Provide accurate and timely costs and cash flow forecasting.
• Correct allocation and monitoring of costs.
• Timely creation and submission of Invoices to customer as per Project Milestones

Desired Skills:

• You should have a minimum of 1-2 experience with Bachelors / Post graduate degree in Finance
• Good Communication Skills
