- Support process analysis, improvement, and optimization projects.
- Contribute to data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
- Assist in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Actively participate in project management activities and support documentation processes.
- Participate in performance measurement and KPI tracking activities.
- Provide research and development support in the digitization of systems and processes.
- Must be a senior-year student in the Industrial or Mechanical Engineering departments of a university.
- Good level in both written and spoken English.
- Good level in MS Office programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Power Platform and Python is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Team-oriented, proactive, with strong communication skills.
- Open to learning and self-development, and responsible.
