Software Engineer – manufacturing applications

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Back-End Developer with strong experience in C# and a solid understanding of DevOps practices, particularly CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining scalable backend services, while also contributing to deployment automation and operational reliability.

Job Key Responsibility:

• Design, develop, and maintain back-end services and APIs using C#
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and automated deployments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and performance
• Monitor and troubleshoot production environments, ensuring high availability
• Contribute to infrastructure improvements and automation initiatives
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices
• Other supporting tasks: include local production related demand management and solution implementation, administrator and governance work, cybersecurity fulfillment, exploration and promotion of new technologies, etc.

Qualification:

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET ecosystem
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Git, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift)
• Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and implementation
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Good English communication, both written and verbal
• High learning ability, responsibilities, initiative, performance
