Siemens Corporation is seeking a dynamic and motivated EHS Generalist to support our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives across various business units. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong foundation in EHS principles, a passion for digital innovation, and a desire to make a meaningful impact in industrial manufacturing and construction environments.
We are looking for an EHS Professional. This position is located remotely in the United States within the Eastern Time Zone.
You will:
- Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of EHS programs, policies, and procedures across Siemens sites.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with site teams to identify hazards, develop corrective actions, and foster a culture of safety.
- Analyze EHS data and utilize digital tools to generate insights and improve performance. Assist in incident investigations and root cause analyses, ensuring timely reporting and follow-up.
- Provide training and guidance to employees and contractors on EHS topics.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and support corporate EHS initiatives.
- Travel to Siemens locations across the U.S. (up to 50%) to deliver on-site support and oversight.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of EHS experience in industrial manufacturing or construction environments.
- 2-4 years of utilizing digital skills, including proficiency with EHS management systems, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional EHS certification (e.g., ASP, CSP, CIH) or ability to obtain certification within 12 months of hire.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within a matrixed organization or large corporate environment.
- Familiarity with Siemens tools, systems, or processes.
- Residence in the Eastern Time Zone for optimal collaboration with team members.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities.

- The pay range for this position is $72,100-$97,400. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
