We are looking for a Strategic Procurement & Supply Chain Management Specialist. This position will be based in Buffalo Grove, IL (Hybrid office schedule)
You’ll make an impact by:
- Strategic Commodity Management: Define and implement commodity strategies based on market analysis, demand, and supplier performance to ensure cost-efficient and secure supply.
- Manage supplier relationships across a variety of commodity sets to support project and business objectives.
- Perform benchmarking and market analysis for prospective suppliers.
- Support sourcing for new projects and initiatives, driving year-over-year cost reductions.
- Contribute to Design-to-Cost and Design for Manufacturability projects.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure delivery, reliability, and quality targets are met.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and quality teams to improve data integrity.
- Assist in preparing and analyzing reports for strategic procurement decision-making.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (required).
- 1+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship or co-op experience in procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.

The pay range for this position is $66,220 - $113,520 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
