Siemens Digital Industries is looking for a Reverse Logistics Team Lead to oversee the process of managing returned and/ or unwanted products, focusing on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. The primary responsibility of this role is the creation and implementation of pricing strategies across our Automation, Motion Control, and Direct account portfolio. This position will communicate at multiple levels within the organization by supporting operational activities as well as strategic initiatives. This position is hybrid and will be based in Johnson City, TN.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Building and leading high-performing teams, providing guidance and support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Primary focus will be supporting multiple product lines within assigned business segments for customer types including industrial, and construction distributors, end user accounts, and OEMs.
- Timely response to resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner while providing excellent customer service.
- "Transfers" expected to integrate processes and results from other workflows and disciplines to develop and accountably propose appropriate and effective solutions for significant parts of solutions
- Manage the data workflow, as it interacts with the workflow in the CRM tools
- Utilize CRM tools to directly communicate to internal/external customers, suppliers and affiliates.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of practical Customer Support and/or purchasing experience and/or related field
- Proficiency in SAP, CRM systems and Quotation tools.
- 2+ Prior professional experience with supply chain either from carrier or customer handling perspective within industrial automation setting
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel product structures
- Must reside in Johnson City area and able to attend office 2+ days per week, and longer during training period.
- Experience effectively communicating Warranty policies to business stakeholders and customers
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Engineering, Secure wireless and/or automation product experience may be required; associates degree in related discipline is preferred
- Experience managing customer disputes, technical analysis and/or rebate programs
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Including Tableau and Excel
- Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills in identifying patterns and trends.
- Timely manage all Post Sales Activities, Replacement components, Customer Reconciliation of Billing Discrepancies, and Disputes

The pay range for this position is 53,760 - 92,160 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
