Position Title: Solution Architect

Salary: $119,925- $147,200 per year

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 40 Hours/ Week

Summary of Duties: Using your knowledge of digital technology to solve client problems and create innovative technical solutions that help businesses to achieve their goals. Delivery of enterprise architecture services that support our customers’ manufacturing Digital Transformation projects. Deconstructing key business problems to identify value areas and structure and suggest complex technology solutions for clients around Digital Transformation projects (e.g. predictive maintenance, product as-a-service, asset health, digital twins, smart tracking, equipment usage and performance). Growing market share by leveraging relationships, providing thought leadership, and being integral to delivery of architecture service engagements. Technical leadership & architectural guidance during implementation projects during the Proof-of-Concept/Proof-of-Value, as well as the commercial deployment phase. Leading architectural decisions, design & functional specifications and more. Provide architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps. Driving the solution customization & configuration efforts by collaborating with customers and our development teams. Thought leadership with regards to building a digital twin of the supply chain including design & manufacturing business processes. Deliver solution demos. Supporting customer success managers during customer engagements. Demonstrating broad solution expertise & technical leadership impacting significant technical direction, and exerting influence outside of the immediate team to drive change. Remote work permitted. 20% Domestic and International Travel.

Qualifications: The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field and four (4) years of experience to include Project Manager and Graduate/ Development Program. Alternately will accept Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or foreign equivalent and two (2) years of experience. Position requires experience with the following: implementing operations technology and integration architectures in manufacturing; Experience with business processes & business process modelling annotations across serval industries (e.g., automotive, food & beverage, fast moving consumer goods, electronics, aerospace & defense) & process areas (e.g. design, manufacturing, logistics); Experience with OT (operations technology) systems and networks in manufacturing across industries; Strong understanding of advanced manufacturing technology, including digital and big data (e.g., Smart Factory, IoT, Industry 4.0) as they apply to industrial verticals; Experience in Network Technologies, Windows/Linux virtual machines, Containers/VMs, Storage, Serverless Architecture, Stream Analytics, IoT, Blockchain, App Development; Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git); Familiarity with CI/CD practices; Ability to define and communicate the “big picture” in terms of the overall integrated solution (both functional and technical components) and break it down into smaller manageable work units; Journey to SaaS service strategies and implementation experience; Experience leading delivery engagements.
