Position Summary:

Electrical Site Manager with extensive experience in engineering development, assembly, testing, commissioning, and supervision of electrical systems for industrial plants.

Main Responsibilities:

Develop basic and detailed engineering for electrical systems, including specifications, data sheets, calculation reports, material lists, procurement requests, single-line and three-line diagrams, and coordination of deliverables.

Coordinate factory engineering for Protection, Control & Measurement (PC&M) sections and SCADA systems.

Supervise assembly, primary testing, and commissioning of low and medium voltage electrical equipment.

Conduct factory acceptance tests (FAT) inspections and coordinate on-site testing with certified laboratories (LAPEM, INEEL).

Ensure compliance with national and international standards (NOM, NMX, Grid Code, IEC, IEEE, ANSI, among others).

Act as technical liaison with electrical installation verification units (UVIE) and end clients.

Solve engineering discrepancies and supervise the preparation of “As Built” documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

Knowledge of design and engineering management tools: AutoCAD, Navisworks, Project Wise, Enovia.

Key Skills:

Strong technical problem-solving skills.

Coordination of multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Supervision of electrical works and contractor management.

High adaptability to diverse work environments.
