Siemens Healthineers is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Clinical Marketing Lead, to join our Point of Care (POC) business unit.
About the Role:
As a CML, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the clinical marketing team through pre-sales activities, conducting sales demos, engaging with customers in clinical settings, and handling technical escalations or product service-related assignments.
Role & Responsibilities:
· Pre-sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and tailor product demonstrations accordingly.
- Conduct pre-sales presentations, product walkthroughs, and technical discussions to showcase the capabilities of Siemens Healthineers' Point of Care solutions.
- Portfolio ‘Solution Show(s)’
- Support pre-bid meetings for tender-based projects
· Sales Demos:
- Lead and coordinate product demonstrations, ensuring a comprehensive showcase of features and benefits.
- Provide in-depth technical insights during demos to address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
· Customer Clinical Engagements:
- Engage with healthcare professionals in clinical settings to understand workflow requirements and clinical challenges.
- Demonstrate (technically) how Siemens Healthineers' POC solutions can address specific clinical needs and improve patient outcomes.
· Technical Expertise:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Siemens Healthineers' Point of Care product portfolio.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies related to Point of Care.
· Escalation Management:
- Act as a technical point of contact for customer escalations, working closely with the support team to resolve issues promptly.
- Provide timely and accurate updates to customers and manage internal stakeholder communication during escalation management.
· Product Trainings & Hands-on Sessions:
- Organize and lead hands-on training sessions for customers, sales and channel partner teams to enhance their proficiency in using Siemens Healthineers' Point of Care products.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up sessions to reinforce efficient usage and address any user concerns.
Experience & Educations:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Laboratory Science, etc.).
- Proven experience (min. 8, years) in a similar role within the healthcare or diagnostics industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Point of Care diagnostics and familiarity with Siemens Healthineers' product portfolio.
Key Skills & Tools:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle technical escalations efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and support.
