Position Summary:

Professional responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the successful execution of industrial projects on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. Acts as a key liaison between clients, field personnel, and project management, facilitating the development of construction, maintenance, or expansion of industrial plants.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of industrial projects (engineering, electrical, HVAC, instrumentation, and maintenance).

Coordinate multidisciplinary site teams, managing human, material, and financial resources.

Ensure compliance with contract goals related to quality, safety, schedule, and budget.

Prepare, review, and validate work estimates, progress reports, and execution schedules.

Supervise technical execution according to drawings, specifications, and applicable regulations.

Manage contracts, including the formalization of addendums and negotiations with clients.

Oversee and verify maintenance plans, electrical testing, commissioning, and industrial services.

Participate in project meetings, client reporting, and coordination with engineering and safety departments.

Implement project management tools such as Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and PMP-based methodologies.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering

Experience: Minimum 10 years managing industrial projects; proven experience as site manager or project coordinator.

Experience with piping processes and industrial projects (On site)

Technical Skills:

Construction processes in industrial plants, power facilities, and refineries.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office tools.

Knowledge of industrial safety regulations.

PMP certification or training (preferred).
