We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Organization Talent Acquisition team as an Apprentice in Milan, whose contribution will help shape the future of our organization by discovering and attracting exceptional talents.

Your Challenge
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic and inclusive team, working in a fast-paced environment that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Some of your main activities will be:
- Work closely with our Talent Acquisition Professionals to assist them in their daily operational and administrative tasks, including data analysis, KPI and reporting.
- Support in managing the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Use digital tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS) to attract and engage top talent.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with P&O Business Partners and other cross-functional team to ensure alignment with talent acquisition and employer branding strategies.
- Stay updated on labor market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Contribute with fresh ideas and insights to enhance recruitment processes, candidate engagement strategies, and employer brand messaging.
Required entry qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience as an intern in recruitment or talent acquisition is a strong plus
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms;
- Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a changing environment
- Passion to never-stop growing
- Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
